Bill Barberg's eBook, "The Pandemic-driven Housing Crisis can SAVE Our Cities. Here's How." has four main sections that are broken up into two or three chapters each. Given the urgency of getting this information to community leaders, it is being released as a serial eBook, with some parts being available before others.
Not everyone wants to read every chapter, so this survey allows you to select the chapters you want E-mailed to you when they are ready.
Part 1 is titled Addressing an Underlying Cause: Reducing the Damage by Predatory and Extractive Landlords. Chapter 1 is titled Understanding the Community Cost of Predatory Landlords and Chapter 2 is Using the Pandemic-Driven Crisis (and Associated Funding) to Re-Shape the Sector.
Part 2 is titled Engaging the Renters and Homeowners in Co-Creating the Solution. Chapter 3 is titled Training and Developing Better Renters, Chapter 4 is Empowering Homeowners to Generate Added Value, and Chapter 5 is Supporting Individual Success Plans.
Part 3 is titled Transforming Philanthropy and Grant-Giving. Chapter 6 is titled Funder Teamwork and Chapter 7 is Charitable Capital.
Part 4 is titled Co-Aligning Around a Strategy (and then Managing the Implementation of the Strategy). Chapter 8 is titled Developing Long-Term, Cross-Sector Strategies for Complex Issues and Chapter 9 is Implementing Collaborative Strategies.
